First American Credco (FAC) Poway, CA

FAC was migrating from their legacy C/Informix application to C++/Java/Oracle application and found it difficult to find candidates who met their budgeting needs within the defined time frames.

FAC turned to CCSI with a task to recruit 15-20 candidates with experience in C++/JAVA, Rational Rose, UML, CORBA, Rouge Wave, Pl/Sql, with strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design background in less than 45 days.
